On 24th November 2007, Victimology Society of Serbia celebrated its 10 years of existence and work. Program of celebration of this anniversary consisted of two parts: Ceremony of marking the 10th anniversary of VDS ---> and conference “Legal protection of crime victims in Serbia: achievements so far and directions for future changes”. --->

Charters of honorary members of the Victimology Society of Serbia were granted to:
Mr. Boris Tadić, President of Serbia,
Mr. John Dussich, President of the World Society of Victimology
Mr. Marc Groenhuijsen vice-president of the World Society of Victimology. --->

On this occasion, VDS awarded the best three student essays on the topic “Victims of gender based violence and their legal protection in Serbia”. --->
